Returns

We want you to love your Ori hat! If it's not the right fit, we're here to help.

  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
  • To be eligible, your hat must be not visibly worn (in original condition) and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@orioutfitters.com with your order number.
    • OR log into your account on our website, find your order, and select "Request Return".
  2. If your return is approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship your item back within 14 days of approval. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.

Items sent without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it was approved. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your hat arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us right away at support@orioutfitters.com so we can make it right — we'll cover return shipping in these cases.
